We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

However, under UK consumer law, customers have the right to return online purchases within 14 days of receiving their order. Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging.

If you wish to return an item, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Refunds will only be issued if the item is returned in its original condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and we will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
